According to different roof types, rooftop PV systems are mainly divided into three categories:
Flat Roof PV: Fixed-angle brackets are commonly used on concrete flat roofs, fixed with counterweights without damaging the roof surface. It features regular layout and high utilization rate, suitable for industrial and commercial workshops.
Corrugated Metal Roof PV: Mostly used on factory metal roofs. Installed on corrugations with clamps, it allows fast construction without drilling holes, is lightweight and highly adaptable.
Sloped Roof PV: Common on residential glazed tile or ceramic tile roofs. Installed with hooks and rails fitting the roof surface, the slope is good for sunlight collection with coordinated appearance, suitable for residential distributed PV.
