2. Procurement of PV and Energy Storage Equipment

• PV modules, inverters, brackets, cables, combiner boxes
• Battery energy storage system (BESS): batteries, BMS, PCS
• EMS (energy management system), HVAC, fire protection system
• Transformers, switchgears, monitoring and protection equipment

3. Civil and Electrical Construction

• Site leveling, foundation works, PV mounting installation
• Battery container installation, power distribution room construction
• Cable laying, earthing system, lightning protection
• Fire protection, ventilation, and safety facilities construction

4. System Integration, Testing and Commissioning

• PV system commissioning
• Energy storage system (BESS, BMS, PCS) commissioning
• EMS integration and testing
• Grid-connected protection, anti-islanding, power quality testing
• Joint debugging of PV-storage-grid system

5. Grid Connection, Acceptance and Handover

• Grid acceptance, grid connection approval
• Trial operation and performance verification
• Completion acceptance and document handover

6. Warranty, Operation and Maintenance

• PV and energy storage equipment warranty
• Fault response, repair and replacement
• Remote monitoring, performance analysis
• Periodic inspection and O&M services
